Rhode Island K-9 Academy is a family run business. We have been training police and working dogs for over twenty five years. Our training includes all applications of police work from basic narcotics dogs to covert tactical deployments. We can train a dog for you to meet any national standard or to meet any of your department requirements.

Our dogs are hand picked and must pass a strong selection process before entering our training program. We use German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherds. For straight purpose dogs we also utilize retriever type dogs.
